I have worked tirelessly in my persuit of 'Rational Resource Usage' through my occupational trade in combustion engineering starting in 1980.

My discovery in 1981 of a system to reduce fuel consumption applicable to all internal combustion engines that would increase fuel energy efficiency by a minimum of 25%+ that we could have had completed and would have been ready to present to the World by the time Expo '86 was hosted in Vancouver, in 1986.

In the 25 years since 1986, and by using this simple science that only requires a small addaptation to the engine, and where any motor using this adaptation/innovation would have already saved 6 and 1/4 years of fuel consumption! This is MASSIVE! ... @ 6 AND A 1/4 YEARS! of less pollution caused ... Along with ALL of the pollution still produced by the engine, now being scrubbed 'CLEAN' of its' water soluble GHG content as well.
